Kathie O'Dell

Kathie's path!

Kathleen (Kathie) A. O’Dell – Kathie’s background is diverse in experience and community service.  She served 12 years as an elected Okaloosa County Commissioner on a five member board.  Her focus was economic development, airports and tourism. 

She has been a licensed real estate agent since the 1980's and has spent much of her real estate career in management.  She spent 3 ½ years as a real estate broker and grew the company business from 68 agents to 135 and closed sales from $80 million to over $367 million.  Recruiting and coaching agents is her passion, "I'd much rather be behind the scene supporting my agents then out front,  I love my career"!
