As a first-time buyer, I thought realtors were like mechanics. They would find every way to milk you and take advantage of your ignorance. Kathie broke that theory. She told me upfront that she had my back and I was skeptical. When she began showing homes to me, she was honest and opinionated. I got to see how she was helping me be objective and realistic. Then came the stress after selecting one (then two or three) I had no clue how to navigate or handle the shock of the "initial " estimate. Whenever she assured me she had my back and was on my side, I felt it. The most telling moment was when she realized the loan company was nickle and diming my patience, time, and MONEY, she worked to find me another company that would not abuse me. She recognized my naivete and protected me. That's the most undeniable sign of a trustworthy realtor. I will recommend her to anybody and will 100%use her again in the future.
