Julia Nikulina

Born in the Ukraine, I traveled the world and moved to Florida in 1996. My knowledge and travel experience coupled with a degree in psychology has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers and effectively marketing my listings.

I worked in Real Estate for over 16 years and as accredited negotiation specialist my clients often describe me as detailed-oriented, proactive, energetic, hard-working and creative.

I live in Historic Sanford with my son Adam, our dog Molly, and our cat Spock. I enjoy playing tennis, doing yoga, taking part in the book club, traveling and cooking. I volunteer. at Annunciation Catholic Church, Bishop Moore High School, and a few other exceptional non-profit organizations.
