Welcome to my Coldwell Banker Agent Branded Website, and I am pleased to serve you as a real estate professional and coach. Why 'coach'? Because as a buyer or seller you deserve the guidance that only an experienced Realtor can bring. You need not go at it alone.
My commitment to you, as buyer or seller is to provide an unprecedented level of service, to assure your real estate needs and expectations are not only met, but are exceeded. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and at times overwhelming. As your Realtor, it is my mission to deliver exceptional customer service in guiding you through every aspect of the real estate acquisition and sales process, including creatively matching your lifestyle vision and budget to available properties, mortgage pre-qualification and attainment, contracts and contract negotiation, comparative market analysis (CMA), pre and post sale process deliverables such as appraisals, surveys, home inspections, disclosures, homeowners insurance, and the entire closing process. Buying and selling property requires a high level of project management- you need a good coach to help navigate the process.
Originally a native Minnesotan and an alumni of Iowa State University, I relocated to Florida over thirty years ago. To this day, I continue to call Florida home. I have a passion for the Florida gulf coast, and in particular the Sarasota and Bradenton areas I proudly call home and service part of the Coldwell Banker team of real estate professionals from St. Armands Circle.
