John is quickly rising to be one of Coldwell banker's top Sales agents, and is setting his sights on real estate investing.

    Reading the book Think and Grow Rich shifted John Howard's view of money and sparked his interest in real estate. He realized that incredible opportunities were available to hard-working agents in the real estate industry. John immerses himself in the information and data available in real estate and eagerly integrates new technology and tools into his work to make transactions easier for his clients. John Howard puts integrity, patience, perseverance, and creative service into every detail of a real estate transaction.

    John considers learning a lifelong journey and participates in investor related seminars to constantly improve his strategy and hone his skills. John is inspired in sales by Dale Carnegie, Jim Rohn, Napoleon Hill, T. Harv Eker, Les Brown and others. John earned a degree in Business Management from Glenville State University in West Virginia, Where he also played college football.

    During his leisure time, John is an avid chess player and music connoisseur. He loves discussing investment, current changes to the real estate market and new music.
