Joanne Shultz

Joanne Shultz is happy to have joined the Coldwell Banker Realty. She brings 30 years of educational experience to the position. She has taught grades 1-12 during her tenure as an educator. She holds several certifications such as drama 6-12, elementary education K-6, and an ESE certification, among others.

She owned Broadway Horizons, a children's theater school and production company in tandem with Four Wall Theater that featured professional adult musical productions.

She has a B.A. degree in Education and Theater Arts from Brooklyn College located in New York, where she comes from.

Joanne has 3 children that she is immensely proud of. Erica who is a Miami Dade litigator for the county, Brian, who is the CIO of Cruise Planners, and Andrew who is a training and development specialist at Cruise Planners.

She is also a doting grandparent of four wonderful grandchildren. Ben, Parker, Kyra, and Eli. In March, grandchild number 5 will be arriving!

After Joanne retired from teaching, she decided that retirement just wasn't for her. A typical "A" personality that enjoys working with and for people. She is so excited to have the opportunity to embark on this adventure with such a great company.
