I purchased my first home last October and sadly was laid off a month after. Single mom trying to raise two kids, I couldn't afford the mortgage. After being declined for help over and over again, my only options at that time was a short sale or foreclosure. I wanted to avoid a foreclosure as much as possible. I think that Jenny is great. She stayed on top and things and made sure everyone was where they needed to be so that I could closed. I think that I would have never closed without her as she went out and communicate with the city,my lender,and the title company.
