I could have not work with a better realtor or realtor company than Coldwell Banke and Jana Lee Klimek. Jana was always there for us in a very difficult time. When we had a questions or something that needed to be taken care of. Jana never made us feel as though we were not important to her; even if it was with our realtor in Alabama selling our house there Jana would contact them and get things done. Every time we had a question she made sure we had the answer. Jana is a well informed realtor. That is so very important for a seller and a byer. I cannot say enough great things about Jana Lee! She was so helpful throughout the process of buying our home. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions so that I could understand (home buying is scary and complicated!). When things got really stressful for me, she was there to talk me through everything. When the inspection came back with some issues, she helped us negotiate the contract to address some of the big issues. She really made this process so much easier than it could have been. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana Lee and, if we ever to decide to buy another house, I will definitely call her!

Where do I begin to talk about how wonderful Jana is? She was so caring of all of our needs every step of the way. Our home buying experience was better because of her. The first home we tried to purchase turned into a nightmare when we were ready to close due to issues on the seller's side and a listing agent that left a lot to be desired when it came to customer service. I'm being polite because the listing agent was not a nice man. Jana was with us through all of the tears, anger and disappointment of that experience. She helped us work through the cancellation process and very patiently took us back out to find a new home. We had her looking at dozens of homes at a time. Jana took her time and did the research on each of the homes we saw. She provided us with a wonderful packet with all of the listings with details and was ready to answer our questions. She even set up the routes so that we started at the furthest house from our home and worked our way towards home. When we found our dream home she once again walked through the process and fought for us to make sure we were getting what we deserved. We've successfully closed on our dream home and are so very happy. We are grateful to Jana for all of her hard work and would be happy to refer her to anyone!
