Formerly from New England, Ian Morse has resided in the Tampa Bay area for three years now because he saw the potential in this region of Florida. This is part of the reason why Ian is so ecstatic and enthusiastic to begin his real estate career representing the three counties of Tampa Bay. Due to Ian's conscientious, unrelenting and studious attitude; he knows that he will be much sought after for his services.

    Ian possesses a prosperous background in the telecommunication and home improvement industry, setting several sales records with the organizations that Ian has worked in previously and Ian is aspiring to take his success from those fields and apply it to his real estate profession. With the sphere of Ian's background, Ian was provided with a beneficial skill set for real estate with important aspects such as negotiation, paperwork preparation and marketing.

    When Ian moved to the Tampa Bay region, he found employment as a Field Data Technician for a local government board, which allowed Ian to learn about the Tampa Bay area from field work that Ian completed all around the jurisdiction that Ian performed stormwater asset inspections for. During his time with the local government board, Ian grew fond of the beauty of the Tampa Bay region and has acquired an expertise of some of the best spots here. Between his diverse working history and his education with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies at Lasell University; Ian will be much approached with any inquiries with any topics including, but not limited to sustainability, "green" building or the relationship between property rights and the environment.

    This proven experience, along with his passion for customer and client service will have Ian Morse very desirable to assist with anyone's home buying, selling or renting needs and wishes. As a proud agent of Coldwell Banker, Ian retains the values of integrity, diligence, discipline and exceeding the expectations of clients and customers with his profession. With all of this said, Ian is inclined to create goals, exceed goals set and grow as he becomes more seasoned with the real estate industry.

    In the meager time Ian isn't making home ownership dreams come true for his clients and customers, he enjoys spending time going out in one of the many different establishments in the Tampa Bay area or participating in various sporting leagues outdoors in the gorgeous Tampa Bay climate.  

    Ian has obtained the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, in which Ian is skilled with pricing properties, generating CMA (comparative market analysis) reports, collaborating with appraisers, and assisting clients/customers through their worries and misperceptions that often come up; in regards to home values.

    Ian has gained his Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, which has given Ian the knowledge required to give his customers or clients the upper hand; with achieving their real estate goals. While in the process of achieving his RENE certification, Ian learned about different personality types and situations that Ian will face, in helping his customers/clients realize their real estate dreams. With receiving his RENE certification, Ian gained the understanding of learning about the other party's best and worst case scenario; which will aid his customers/clients with getting the best deal possible.
