    About me

    As a veteran and spouse of a retired military officer (cross-over from enlisted), she fully comprehends the stresses of frequent moving. nbsp;(Usually without the active duty member at home during moving time.) nbsp; Her goal is to create an exceptional Real Estate experience for her customers and the communities she serves. Helping her clients achieve their real estate objectives. nbsp; With this in mind, she stands by her clients from the first meeting through closing...and beyond. nbsp; She has pledged to promote a fun, fulfilling, and respectful environment. nbsp; Her own military and educational teaching background provides her with a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions to determine the right course of action for both buyers and sellers. She takes an individualized approach, one that is open to change by incorporating innovation, and personal growth for all. nbsp;

    Her motivation and work ethic has allowed her to be successful in more than one profession. nbsp; A combined 29 years of Air Force lifestyle (as both a veteran and spouse), she is no stranger to moving, buying, or selling homes. nbsp; Thus she fully understands the challenges her clients face and strives to create an exceptional real estate experience with minimal stress. nbsp; With a focus on quality, Heather takes time to help buyers find the home they love -without overspending. nbsp; As a veteran, Heather has earned her Master Educational Leadership allowing her to serve her client's educational real estate needs. nbsp; Her role is like that of a conductor, organizing and intertwining specialty teams to deliver calm from chaos - like an average school day with a fun, fulfilling, and respectful environment. nbsp; Now she uses that organizational talent to keep real estate transactions moving forward on time and on track with the least amount of stress for her clients. nbsp;

    She earned her bachelor's degree from University Maryland Global Campus; and her master's degree from Western Governors University in Educational Leadership. She has been married since 1995 and has two children: a 24-year old daughter and a 20-year old son. nbsp; In her (infrequent) spare time, she enjoys riding her spin bike, reading, and working on writing a book. nbsp; She and her husband also enjoy spending early mornings at the beach watching the waves and wildlife. nbsp; She also enjoys the family pets: one Australian cattle mix and a bird, as they are well-loved!

    When not assisting clients, Heather volunteers at the local D.A.V. (Disabled American Veterans Chapter - Niceville). nbsp; She also serves as a G.A.L. (Guardian ad Litem) as the voice of children in the foster care system or in shelter homes. nbsp; She is also a caregiver. nbsp;
