She earned her bachelor's degree from University Maryland Global Campus; and her master's degree from Western Governors University in Educational Leadership. She has been married since 1995 and has two children: a 24-year old daughter and a 20-year old son. nbsp; In her (infrequent) spare time, she enjoys riding her spin bike, reading, and working on writing a book. nbsp; She and her husband also enjoy spending early mornings at the beach watching the waves and wildlife. nbsp; She also enjoys the family pets: one Australian cattle mix and a bird, as they are well-loved!
When not assisting clients, Heather volunteers at the local D.A.V. (Disabled American Veterans Chapter - Niceville). nbsp; She also serves as a G.A.L. (Guardian ad Litem) as the voice of children in the foster care system or in shelter homes. nbsp; She is also a caregiver. nbsp;
