He took care of my purchasing needs with honest inspectors for home and pest/wood, and ensured my home purchase contract contained a home warranty. Can't thank him enough for all the running he did on my behalf. I am a veteran and he handled my VA Loan requirements with ease. My home purchase passed the VA inspector/appraiser without any write-up requests added - our home and pest inspectors had found all areas to be fixed for a VA loan. Whew!

I have also had to contact Greg to find out who manages the property HOA specific, what utility companies may be the providers, and what permits have already been pulled on my tentative properties. He has supplied me with all the information in less than a 24 hour turnaround. I can research what may not be in the listing descriptions before I waste time viewing properties that may be less than what they show. He has gone back into the listing descriptions for me and confirmed with the listing agents when the public records don't match the listing information, especially bedrooms or lot size. He puts himself in the buyer's seat and makes sure you know up front what the house may have "hidden in undisclosed problems before venturing out to see it". Couldn't ask for a better set of eyes looking out for what is and will be a very large financial investment/purchase.

As a first time home buyer this process could be a bit overwhelming but Greg stayed with me every step of the way. Greg's dedication is beyond measure I Would and will refer him to all of my friends and family. He is an awesome real estate agent that cares about the individual buyer which is what you should be Looking for in an agent! Greg worked very hard viewing many properties for is since we were not in the area. Once we found our home he arranged and met with the home inspector, HVAC tech, electrician and plumber for us. He was able to handle everything with us not being around. He responded to us quickly and addressed all our concerns timely. We are very happy and will use Greg again if we ever need a realtor in the area in the future.

My wife and I were in the market for a house, going on 6 years, and we just couldn't find what we were looking for. Then 3 months ago, we had our first son. We were still living in a one bedroom apartment and as you can imagine, over night, we needed a house ASAP. We contacted Greg and started getting really serious about what we needed and what we "wanted" in a house. Greg helped "tune" us in to what we were looking for and provided us great feedback on what he thought would fit us and our lifestyle. After viewing a crazy amount of houses, Greg also became to be known as "Uncle Greg" (a running joke due to our son). Then one day Greg found a house that "on paper", I really didn't think I would like. Greg thought it would be a good fit and assured my wife and I that we might like it. Sure enough, after viewing the house, my wife and I fell in love with it. Greg really got to know us on a personal level, I would say more like a friend, and fit the house with our tastes. I really applaud him for his hard work, as I thought we would never find a house. But he stuck to it and we are now happily (and of course busy re-decorating) our beautiful house. I can say, that without a doubt, I would refer him to my family and friends without hesitation.
