In addition to a successful career in Real Estate, an underpinning of Eileen's realty acumen was a 20+ year career as a Licensed Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist. Eileen ran a successful private practice in Moorestown, New Jersey built on referrals and positive recommendations. During that time, she mastered an understanding of human behavior as it relates to decision making, personality traits and styles of interacting/negotiating which has proven very useful to Customers of The Gillen Group. In addition, Eileen was a contracted consultant for the behavioral health programs of various Fortune 500 companies as well as a Board of Director's member for community mental health organizations with responsibility for program and budget oversight.
Originally from Tenafly, New Jersey, Brian was in the logistics business for 30 years including the role of President and CEO of a major international logistics company specializing in the global transport of beverages ¿ primarily shipping wine from all over the world to the United States and Asia. His career enabled him to develop quite an international acumen and responsiveness to diverse Customer needs, strong negotiating skills, a laser focus on the bottom line and a sense for being "quick on his feet" yet having an ease about his personality that benefits buyers and sellers as they navigate the housing market on Florida's Gulf Coast. Brian has a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University and an M.S. in Business from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
