About Me
My name is Efrain Reyes, born and raised in west Texas, but have lived in SW Orlando since 2000. I moved to Florida to attend Florida State University, transferred to the University of South Florida and Graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering. I met my wife, Jessica while in college and have been happily married since 2009. We have 3 furry kids (dogs). I love traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors. My favorite place is Rome, Italy.
I have worked in the retail industry as an Operations/Logistics Manager and then transitioned to a Merchandise/Customer Experience Manager. That field gave me the experience I frequently use in negotiating the best deals for my clients. It also gave me the basis for a customer first mentality that drives my business. I strongly believe that if there is a will there is a way and I will not stop until we have exhausted all options and we are satisfied with our outcome in a transaction. My belief of family first and my passion for helping people is why I'm in real estate. There is no greater satisfaction than helping someone find a home at any budget. With 92% of buyers and sellers starting their searches online, I stay up to date on all programs and sites to be on the same page as my clients so that we speak the same language.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I can speak Portuguese, a little bit of French, and can understand Italian. If you want to buy a home I can help you negotiate the best deal.

Efrain is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. It took us a year to buy our vacation home and Efrain was there every step of the way, giving us sound advice, and viewing multiple properties for us on short notice at times. Efrain is quite personable and easy to work with. In this current housing environment, you need a realtor that can act on a dime to secure your dream home and in this category, Efrain does not disappoint. When I found my home online, he had a contract ready for me to sign within minutes and submitted to the owner within the hour. He used his extensive experience to make sure my offer was the one the seller accepted. There were many curveballs I encountered and Efrain had a solution in each case. He was very reassuring and encouraging during frustrating periods when I despaired at finding a home at all. He was right: I'd know the house when I saw it and only had to leave the rest to him. Proof positive is me composing this review in my new dream home. You owe it to yourself to give Efrain and his lovely wife Jessica an opportunity to find your home. We met Efrain about two years ago. During that time, we went back and forth trying to decide if we wanted to sell our home of 28+ years and move. Efrain continued to stay in contact always available to answer any questions. We finally decided to take the plunge. Team Reyes (Efrain and his wife Jessica) did an amazing job. Our house sold for more than we hoped for and we found and moved into an amazing home in a retirement community. If you need a realtor, call them. You will be in good hands!

The whole process from viewing homes to closing was an easy process. He is quite knowledgeable on homes, what would be a good deal vs one that is overpriced for the area. He will also fight for you bid, I gave some leeway in negotiating price on the house in the bid. The contract was accepted and he went into full inspection mode. He gave me dates by which escrow, inspection, and signed papers were needed to be done. He made sure they were done without being overbearing about it. I couldn't make the inspection with the inspector, but Efrain was there for me and made sure anything I might've had an issue with was looked into by the inspector. The whole process was very simple. When it came close to closing he gave me all the information for utilities to be switched and what to expect at closing. Highly recommend him to a few friends already. And as far as being in contact, text or email, he was quick to answer back. Even if he didn't know the answer right then, he let me know he would look into it, and he did answer all of my questions.

Efrain showed us several houses/townhouses in the area. We decided on one area, but the unit that we wanted was not on sale at the time. Once a unit came on sale not only he let us know but he did a walking tour using his phone to show us the unit. We could not see the unit since we were out of town. Since we already knew the unit se made an offer and everything else was done remote. Which helped us out a lot.
After that we rented the unit and used Efrain as our realtor. He kept us informed on the progress and helped us getting the unit rented.
I would definitely use Efrain again.

Hands down the smoothest sell I could imagine. This was the first time selling my home and Efrain was with me the whole way. My husband and I recently sold our first home in Altamonte Springs, FL. After a co-worker highly recommended Efrain, we decided to work with him. He is a true real estate professional and is exceptionally honest, very hard working, genuine, and experienced.
Since this was our first time selling a house, We had many questions regarding pricing, costs, and the process it self. Efrain was very patient in answering all of our questions and he always explained the process on the strategy for selling our home. He did a wonderful job promoting the property.

Efrain will look for houses according to what one wants and he is very honest and points things out that maybe one did not notice, which is great. Excellent 5 Stars service. Efrain is an honest, hard working, trust worthy man. I began my search like most other homebuyers. Unsure of what I truly needed. Having such a large market to choose from made me somewhat stressed and hesitant. I managed to narrow some key features that were necessary and went on from there. While speaking with several agents I concluded that some did no seem interested in helping me. Some in fact did not even take me seriously, perhaps due to my young age. It was here that I got the privilege to meet Efrain on seeing a home no questions asked. He spent his time to show me the house without me even having a pre approval letter. I felt bad because one is generally suppose to have said document before even searching. (Like I said, stressed and hesitant). I mentioned that I was going on a 2 week trip to colombia and needed a fast transaction. He went on and told me that if I ever needed anything in the future that he is there to help me. I saw the genuine interest in wanting to help. Weeks passed and I ended up contacting efrain in showing me homes around the area. I ended up picking a home around 2 weeks weeks before I went on the trip to colombia. I asked and made sure that everything was up to date in regards to the submitted documents. Having no way to call, email was our only form of communication. The entire staff is super friendly and fast paced. All we had to do was open the email, sign and submit. I would of course never suggest doing this in case you are missing something that causes you to have to physically be present. We came back and asked a couple questions since we were new to the whole process and they answered every single one of them. All in all everything went extremely smooth. Standard stress will always follow with the purchase of a home. Having the right people will certainly make the transition seem easy. A lender by the name jon was also part of the team and allowed us all to be that much more efficient. Luckily we had substantially more funds than the required costs to close. Liquidating assets weeks in advanced would have been good information that I failed to investigate. If you want someone that will work diligently and always be there for you no matter the day and time I would highly recommend Efrain. It was a pleasure to work with the reyes team and I look forward to be working with them again in the near future.

While being overseas, I contacted Efrain Reyes to help me find an apartment to purchase. Provided with information such as max price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, he narrowed down to a daily list of available properties in Orlando Florida area. Until one day, a property caught my attention but it was too late, seller already had an offer. However, Efrain Reyes never gave up, he insisted by keeping track of this property until one day he said 'the property was back on the market'. We placed a couple of offers, final offer was accepted. He inspected the apartment's condition. We started the process to buy it. Termites, lead paint, overall inspections were made and they passed. The whole process included digital documents and signatures were all done online except for closing documents which were sent to my location overseas to be signed and notarized in an American Military Base. After a few weeks I verified with Orlando Orange County property records to complete the loop that the property is under my name, it was!!!
Efrain Reyes and his team did a fantastic job by helping to find the right property by setting up a customized search for me. After three months of purchasing it, I returned to Orlando, and the apartment is exactly as I expected 'great condition'
Efrain has a good sense for the value of properties. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction either you are present or overseas. Thank you Efrain

After trying out another "high end" realtor I gave Efrain a call. Living in Chicago I wanted a dream vacation home in Golden Oak Florida.
