I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, but have been a Central Floridian since 1989. I still am a Western New Yorker and Bills fan deep down inside, but I love living among the oaks in Windermere. My wife, Deborah, and I both worked for over twenty years at Disney and raised our now 22-year-old son, Joey, as a Disney kid. As Joey grew, I got to enjoy participating in his favorite activities; I coached Little League baseball for eight years and was involved with his Boy Scout Troop for ten.
In our house, we bleed Garnet and Gold. As Joey graduated from Florida State University and now is in his second year of law school there, "Go Noles" has become part of my everyday vocabulary.
Real estate has been a passion of mine most of my life. As my dad owned an Agency in Buffalo, I feel like I grew up in the business. Now, being an Agent myself since 1995, and continually working the Central Florida area, I have a pulse on what is new, exciting, classic, and relaxing.
I have worked with clients throughout all of Central Florida, literally from coast to coast. I have always been able to deliver results because I listen to each client I'm working with and ensure we find the perfect home for them. As I always tell my clients, friends, and family, "A house is built of walls and beams but a family is built with love and dreams."
