I'm proud to say that I have been a Million-Dollar Producer on Pensacola Beach for more than a decade, and have lived in the Pensacola area since 1992. I have superior knowledge of the Gulf Coast's housing market, and keep up with the region's residential real estate market.

My husband's Naval Career brought our family to NAS Pensacola. Sadly, my husband passed away unexpectedly shortly after our relocation. I decided to stay in Gulf Breeze and raise my three daughters, who were 14, 9 and 6 at the time. When the girls finished high school and college, I found my calling as a Real Estate agent.

I began my real estate career as Developer's Representative with Levin/Rinke Development, where I focused on selling pre-construction condominiums at Portofino at Portofino Island Resort on Pensacola Beach (5 towers with 765 units multi-million dollars in sales). Also, new construction for The Beach Club Towers, and The Verandas Resident only Condominiums.

I obtained my Real Estate License in 2005 and begin listing and selling (re-sales) at Portofino, Beach Club Towers and The Verandas.

In 2013 I joined Coldwell Banker where my experience with beach condos helped me become a top producer for the Pensacola Beach office for multiple years.

My years of experience have taken me to venture even further, exploring other area's in our great city of Pensacola and Perdido. Now excelling in single family home sales, and new home construction. I am proud to say, that I have numerous and very satisfied past customers, which pay me such a great compliment by referring me time and time again .
