Originally licensed in Rockford, IL in 1993, Dawn McKnight and her husband, Mark, relocated their family to the Tampa area in 2003. It was time to escape the winters and expand their love of boating, beaches, and the outdoors. Dawn brings a wealth of real estate experiences as an investor, rehab specialist, and former mortgage broker. Logan McKnight, joined his mother, Dawn to carry on the real estate tradition of Mark McKnight, their late beloved husband and father. Logan is a valuable asset with his experiences at FAU as he pursued his degree in Business Marketing Management. He was a recruiter for Sig Ep and is a licensed EMT and Tampa Fire Fighter.
