David Whiley

David Whiley was born in the sleepy town of Harpenden in the South of England. He started his
career in the retail field, before making the leap to start his own business in computing. After
several years, he finally followed his dream, sold his business, and in 2008 he emigrated to the
sunshine state of Florida with his wife and three teenage sons. He has never looked back!
David is known for his great tenacity, and will search for the solutions to whatever life throws at
him. If you hit a problem at any point during your search or purchase of the 'perfect home',
David will walk with you through the whole process, and help bat away those obstacles one by
one, with the help of his team.
He has an excellent attitude to life; is friendly and approachable, and works around your
schedule.
Whether it is a fixer-upper that you are looking for, or a turnkey new build; David will do the
research for you and will hunt out your personal patch of Eden.
David also has significant experience in renovation and resale of properties. He is currently
working on a 'fixer-upper' of his own, that is coming along nicely- though he will tell you, that
there never seems to be enough time to cut the grass.
