Dana Demos

 I am a South Florida real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. I have a love and passion for what I do, and I strive to only be the best for my clients. I am a 2021 International Diamond Society award recipient, placing me in the top 12% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.

 I work with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. Since 2014, I have closed hundreds of transactions in Palm Beach and Broward counties, and I continue to work hard every day for new business. I understand and listen to the needs of my clients, and I care about meeting those expectations. 

 I am experienced not only with traditional sales and rentals, but also with foreclosures and short sales.

 As a South Florida resident for 11 years, I am very knowledgeable about our cities and what makes South Florida such a great place to call home. I am a proud Palm Beach county resident, and my husband and I could never imagine raising our family anywhere but here.
