Cody Richards

Cody Richards is a licensed real estate professional working with Coldwell Banker Realty in Port St Lucie, Florida. Cody has been a realtor for past 4 years after transitioning over from the retail manager world. He was a retail manager for 9 years before going into real estate full time. Even though real estate transactions are much more complicated than a retail transaction at the end the goal is for your client/customer to feel confident that you put their needs first. Cody has always had a love for Florida even though he was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. After yearly family visits to the sunshine state Cody knew Florida was where his heart was and made it his goal to be a full time resident. Now he wants to help others to fulfill their home ownership goals. He currently lives in Port St Lucie with his fiance, dog and the baby boy we are expecting in 2022!
