    I'm a well educated professional with over a decade of experience. I think I've seen almost every change and turn in the industry already. I've also had multiple transactions with properties in most every neighborhood; making me an invaluable person to talk to if you are relocating to this area.     I am constantly taking continuing education courses, which allow me to keep up to date on the latest trends in my field. I attend many National Real Estate conferences in addition to attending special training seminars such as the Buying and Selling of Short Sales and Bank Owned properties. I also hold a GRI designation for the advanced study of real estate, from The Graduate REALTOR Institute! This advanced designation is held by a small percentage of Realtors nationally! I do all of this to be a better Realtor and to better serve and protect my clients.

    I communicate with my clients so that they always know what is going on with their homes! I update sellers on their property showings and internet activity and I inform them of changes in their neighborhoods. My buyers get emailed immediately once a property that fits their needs hits the market. I understand that everyone's needs are different, first time home buyers, relocation, family changes, extremely busy professionals, seniors, military personnel, foreign investors. I'm trained to adapt to your needs!
