Originally from the Midwest, my wife and I moved to the sunny state of Florida nearly 20 years ago. We spent some time traveling and moving around the state wanting to experience all the wonderful opportunities Florida has to offer. It wasn't until we found out we were pregnant with our first child that the search for our "home" began. Three daughters later, we can't see ourselves living anywhere else; we absolutely love the west coast of Florida and calling Sarasota County, home!

Chris was great from day one, exhibiting patience with us as first time home buyers and answering all of our questions very timely. Chris was first class from the first communication we had to our last. He picked up our enquire mistakenly thinking we were looking in the Sarasota area when we actually wanted to go view a condo in Oldsmar he didnt hesitate because of the distance he went ahead and booked the showing that day got in his car and made the long drive up. Needless to say we loved the property made an offer and before the day was over got an acceptance call from Chris. Use him you'll be happy you did!
