Cheryl Gustavson

Raised in South Florida, my mother has been a real estate Broker/Owner of a Fort Lauderdale real estate office since 1969 and a General Contractor/Business Owner for a father, I have been around the business my entire life. Upon gradutating from the University of Florida, I got a job at a very busy Title Company and handled real estate closings and then moved from there to a Trust, estate and real estate attorney doing what I love best. But when a Trust real estate officer job opened up at First National in Palm Beach, Wells Fargo's private bank on Palm Beach, I had all the ingrediants and background to excell at this job and did for 12 wonderful years, until my husband got a job transfer to the Carolinas. We enjoyed our time there, but when a job opportunity arrivedpresented itself to us for a move back to Florida, our family jumped at the opportunity to return to Florida. My husband and I are avid scuba divers and we missed the fresh Florida seafood, fishing, boating and all water activities. Having had my Florida real estate license active since 1987, I decided to do it full time in the Panhandle and absolutely enjoy every aspect of this job.
