Carlos Herrera is a duly licensed real estate agent distinguished by his passion for business and real estate. Born and raise in Venezuela, at the age of 21 years Carlos visited Miami for the first time and fall in loved with the city, so much that he decided to stay at once. Captivated by Miami's urban development, and, without any inkling that he would later undertake a very successful career in real estate, he bagan to learn the names and details of the most salient traits of absolutely all of the city's landmark buildings and of the large development projects under construction. He also learn in detail the very challenging laws and conditions for short term investment properties in the city as well as the exact buildings that allow this type of business and its limitations.
His upbringing and training are responsible for the discipline, his innate attention to detail and the follow-through he brings to his work. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to success in everything he does. Prior to his career in real estate, from the age of 11 and until the age of 15 Carlos attended the Symphonic orchestra of his home town where he learned not only to play the Double Base, music theory and choir but also discipline, constancy and developed the ability to perform in public.
From the age of 15 he advanced studies in Dentistry at University Jose Antonio Páez in which he graduated at the age of 20 years, being recognized as the youngest dentist ever graduated from this university.
Carlos began his career in Real Estate business as executive director of a very prestigious real estate firm, where he assisted with numerous real estate projects and was able to exercise his superior organizational and observational skills where clients and colleagues valued his talent for relating to and communicating with national and international clientele who seek the sophistication and fine properties.
As a licensed real estate agent in Florida, Carlos must also contribute to develop his own client base, and is fully authorized to represent buyers, sellers, lessors and lessees, providing them with services that meet the highest standards. As time goes by Carlos continues to improve his performance, growing his productivity and annual sales volume figures.
