
Bruce Hearon
Bruce has been an entrepreneur for over two decades and enjoys building his businesses through strong, loyal relationships. He established his own financial planning firm, Hearon Advisory Group, in 1998 with locations in Venice and Sarasota. As an experienced Registered Investment Advisor, he has always believed that real estate is one of the best investments you can own over time. One of his future goals, is to teach investors how to invest their "tax qualified" funds (i.e.; IRA, 401K, 403B,etc.), directly into alternative investments like real estate.
Bruce focuses mostly with sellers. His approach with his real estate customers is the same as his financial clients, be honest, transparent, and a true fiduciary, always with integrity. Bruce has taught many real estate classes within his local market. He always has a clear understanding of his seller's goals, and the financial impact on maximizing their home value. Bruce wrote a book called, "SOLD" to provide guidance to home sellers through the selling process. He has a PSA (Price Strategy Advisor) and SFR ( Short Sales & Foreclosure) designation.
