Anne Hardin

My wife and hired Anne as our agent through a friends recommendation. That turned out be the best move we could have ever made at the time. We probably couldn't have picked a worst time to purchase a home due to the COVID-19 activities that were affected everything and everyone with each and every passing day. However, despite of those challenges, Anne worked with those restrictions and still managed find us the home of dreams. Anne is great listener and I can assure that she will provide you with home selections that YOU want. We gave her our criteria and she did not waste our time selecting homes that were outside of those parameters. She listened very carefully and provided answers for the many questions we asked her. Anne was a great problem solver when problems arose from expected and sometimes unexpected sources. I told her she was a firefighter putting out fires before they got out of control. If in the future, we decide to move to another local neighborhood or city, we would definitely hire Anne again. She is not only an outstanding agent, she is still a great friend to our family.

First and foremost, Anne is a professional in the truest sense of the word. In addition to being knowledgeable in local area, attentive to detail, very responsive, trustworthy, dedicated, she is also very sensitive in honoring her clients needs and a great listener. Anne was given a checklist of absolute needs for a special person. Her never ending patience in showing several properties until she found the absolute perfect property for her client. She never tried to impose her views in order to make a sale. The property sale went through without any issues. She then got to work on dedicating her time, effort and hard work in selling the client's property in record time. She worked diligently in getting the property ready for sale. The property sold in the first few days on the market.

All I can say is that Anne went far above and beyond for us, definitely more so than any other realtor we have worked with and we have purchased six homes prior to this one. Nothing was too difficult for Anne and she helped us tremendously, from rolling up her sleeves helping us get rid of furniture to contacting contractors for us to clean, repair and clean carpets She is wonderful and I highly recommend her!
