My fondest memories are remembering the smiles of past customers when we found that perfect place to call home. It's also great seeing an owner's excitement when I tell them I have a fantastic offer on their home. This is when they get excited about beginning their new adventure in their new location! I love helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs!
Real estate has been my passion for 28 years all right here in Brevard County, Florida. I work with many relocation companies through our Realogy relocation network helping people move all over the world including our military moves program. I am ready to put my experience to work for both buyers and sellers when they are ready to move to Florida or outside of our coastal Space Coast area east of Orlando.

My Community Involvement
- Charitable Organizations - Coldwell Banker Residential CARES donated over $4 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations. Since 2003, sponsored 12 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide. Andrea has raised funds for MDA, Space Coast Association Chairman for 3 years, School and Church volunteer.
