A Florida native, Amanda Gilliland moved from to Sarasota to attend New College of Florida. After graduation Amanda worked in Yellowstone National Park and South Carolina before moving back to Sarasota for family, friends, white sand beaches, and year round sunshine. Amanda's customers appreciate her attention to details and clear communication throughout the home selling and buying process. Amanda is known for helping her customers to have smooth and low stress transactions in both the home buying and home selling processes. When Amanda is not showing homes in one of Sarasota’s beautiful and varied neighborhoods you can find her at art openings, enjoying fresh local foods, or enjoying Sarasota's beautiful outdoor spaces with her husband Zach and toddler Sage.
