You may be looking at me and wondering who am I? How can I possibly stand out within the sea of thousands of agents within this area? Well, here's how, I am Alycia Laubert and I have aligned with Coldwell Banker Realty, the cream of the crop in the SWFL region. With that, I have 115 years of experience behind me with this well established brand. Additionally, I have two experts backing me with over 50 years of experience to ensure my work product and customer experience is top notch.
As a realtor, I am deeply committed to the idea of homeownership and to my community as a whole. Before moving to Florida I was born and raised in Philadelphia. For those years, my Philadelphia community was of the utmost importance to me. Within that time, I volunteered within hospitals, nursing homes and blood drives where I helped love and nurture those in the community. I have always felt a strong inner purpose to help and protect others.
Within the busy hustle of a connected community, I believe that your home acts as a safe haven, and should be treated as such. Home is also more than just a place to live, but where your family grows together and connects. Because homeownership is that safe place, it can be anxiety provoking during that uncertain transition of finding your dream home or selling that home which was previously your refuge. Whether you are looking to buy your first home, secondary vacation home or searching for your retirement get-away, the experience should be nothing but a breeze! I am prepared to help my clients navigate through the tough waters of home buying and selling, with the end result being nothing less than a wonderful experience.
When I am not working hard for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my 3 hairless cats (Franklin, Lillian and Tommy), spending time outside at the beach, kayaking, or walking trails, playing guitar or losing myself within the power of music. Causes related to animal rehabilitation are also especially important to me and I do my best to be involved with or donate to these organizations. My two favorite places to travel have been Cancun and the Bahamas. I would love to visit Germany! I would love to learn ASL / sign language as I had a close friend within that community.
Within life and within chasing your homeownership dreams, I believe in this inspirational quote: "what you are afraid to do is a clear indication of the next thing you need to do"-Ralph Waldo Emerson.
