We purchased our AZ home while living in Oregon. This can be difficult being out of state. Kim was very responsive with all questions, answering via text, phone or email. She also coordinated all of the online signings. Kim made this out of state purchase very easy for us and we appreciate that!

My wife and I were not only first time home buyers, but we were also making our first move out of state. Kim was great with communication and very responsive even though we were in three different time zones (I was in Ohio & my wife was in Texas). Buying a home out of state comes with extra challenges, but Kim was always very helpful with any questions that we had.

Kim Penn is an outstanding agent. Kim made sure to keep me apprised of everything going on during the purchase phase. She maintained constant contact with me either via phone or email. Even with a 3 hour time difference she always made herself available to me. Kim operated as my representative and demonstrated to me that she had nothing but my best interest in mind. She helped me to negotiate the best possible price for the property.
