A few months ago we walked into an open house and had the good fortune to meet Eileen Harris. We did not know it at the time, but she would become the person who would sell us a house, sell our condo and refer us to a great real estate team to sell another house out of town. We bought the open house she was showing and she walked us carefully through the process. She is a dedicated processional who was very responsive to all our inquiries. She kept us up to date on everything in a very timely manner. We could not have asked for more in an agent and we give her our highest recommendation.

My home was in an historic neighborhood. Eileen lack the knowledge of my neighborhood and had no desire to learn anything about the neighborhood to better sell my home. Week after week she kept telling me I should lower the price. At one point she said she talked to an appraiser friend of hers and she said my home was worth x amount. I told Eileen there was probably only a handful of appraisers really qualified to appraise historic homes. If I had listened to Eileen and her appraiser friend I would have received $40,000 below what I received. Even then I wonder how much money I lost because of her lack of knowledge. In the end I felt Eileen was working for the buyer instead of me.
As far as looking for another place to buy that was a disaster as well. My dog is a mixed breed and on the "vicious" dog list. I told Eileen renting wouldn't be an option. Eileen set me up on an automatic search, but it was so broad it picked up too many that I had no desire to see. Since Eileen wouldn't/couldn't narrow the search I had to go to a site to find places to buy. Eileen made me feel I was wasting her time when asking her to show me places. When she did show me a place I was rushed because she always had some place she had to be.
To say this was the worst real estate experience is putting it mildly. My gut, early on, told me Eileen was not the right person and I should have listened to it.

Eileen has processed our purchases of two homes in the past two years. She is so much fun to work with due to her real estate experience and knowledge of of details, including pitfalls as well as plusses. We enjoy observing her love of her work and her superb way of applying her natural gifts to everyday situations as well as very unique situations as they arise. Her problem-solving skills are outstanding. Ms. Harris is "da Bomb" of Real Estate Agents. This was a tough sell in a tough market. Eileen hung in there with me over the 3 years this unit was on the market. She found the ideal Buyer and we received an above market price. Although it took a while, her tenacity won the day. Eileen is an outstanding R/E agent. I've never worked with an agent who told me the truth as Eileen did. It was a remarkable experience in that light. There were a couple of mis-steps regarding HVAC inspections and transfer of keys. Otherwise, I've never had such a gratifying experience buying R/E. This was my 7th purchase.

She has been in the business long enough to have complete knowledge of the various neighborhoods and has a complete knowledge of the current market prices. Eileen was great; I don't think it would be possible to find a better agent in Arizona! Eileen treated me like I was purchasing a million dollar home even though I was simply purchasing a small condo for my daughter.
