“You do not care what I know until you know that I care.” This is the guiding principle that I work under. Being a great REALTOR® is not about how many awards I’ve won or how many homes I have sold. It is about how you feel throughout the process. I have no desire to buy or sell a home for you if you are not excited to refer me to others when that process is finished. It is my responsibility to make sure you will.
Awards And Designations
Available on request, but I do not believe these are important to you the consumer. You are hiring me to listen to you and get you what you want not to tell you how great I am. I am happy to share with you the awards that matter to me and those are the letters of recommendation from my past clients.
Areas of Expertise
I am well versed in equity, short and foreclosure sales. As a manager of an office I have “seen it all”. I was personally responsible for oversight of more than 100 transactions per year ensuring compliance with laws as well as ethical negotiations between parties. I have a firm grasp of Income Property valuations and CAP rates and have sold medical, resort, and net leased commercial properties.
I am a member of the American Legion Post in Healdsburg and like to volunteer in all manner of endeavors supporting veterans and their families. One of my most rewarding experiences was the “Fallen Soldier Nova Project”. When one of out local heroes was killed in Afghanistan a group of volunteers fulfilled one of his dreams of building a 1971 Chevy Nova Hot Rod. We then sold this car at the Mecum Auto Auction at were able to donate over $40,000 towards his daughter’s college fund.
I was born and raised in Sonoma County. I graduated from Piner High School in 1986 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Economics from California State University at Sacramento. At this time I was commissioned an Ensign in the United States Navy and departed for Pensacola, Florida to attend Naval Flight Training. My ten year career in the Navy as a pilot flying the E-6A and the T-43A was quite rewarding. After being honorably discharged, I began flying commercially for Southwest Airlines and then United Airlines. My family and I returned to Sonoma County when I was transferred to fly Airbus 320’s out of San Francisco. In September of 2001 a career change was necessitated after 9/11 and I began my career as a REALTOR. I am very proud to say that I have earned the respect of my peers in Real Estate as an honest individual with unbending integrity and character. I strive to bestow upon my clients an unsurpassed level of service and commitment. I have been a REALTOR for over 12 years and have vast experience in residential as well as commercial real estate. I am well versed in all manner of distressed property sales to include short sales and foreclosures. In 2006 I became the manager of the CPS Windsor office and managed over 150 transactions a year. In 2013 I joined Coldwell Banker and have continued tirelessly serving my clients as a full time REALTOR®.
