    Really, my most important responsibility is to invite the right people to affiliate with Coldwell Banker. As a non-competing branch manager, I search for people who are interested in achieving personal goals that match the unique culture within the Petaluma office. I am searching for independent agents who already are, or desire, to become "A" players. Helping to build an ambitious office with a united spirit that will allow all stakeholders to build on their strengths and explore and improve in areas they find a challenge. The willingness to meet challenges and take some risk provides for growth and achievement of personal and company goals.

    I have helped hundreds of real estate professionals achieve their personal and professional goals. Speaking from personal experience, no other brand or real estate company will do what Coldwell Banker does-they simply don't have the strength or resources. Coldwell Banker does more to offer help to newly affiliated associates to quickly operate from a position of confidence and strength.
