    Professional Experience

    Stephen Liebling is the Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Northern California’s Sebastopol Office which is affiliated with over 40 independent real estate professionals.

    Stephen entered real estate in 1993 with a small independent real estate company founded in Sebastopol and later acquired by larger regional company as an independent brokerage office.

    Prior to entering real estate Stephen enjoyed a diverse professional background including wine broker, elementary school teacher and owner of an antique Ford Parts Company, including manufacturing, wholesale, retail and mail order sales.

    Professional Achievements

    Among his professional accolades, Stephen earned the coveted President’s Gold Award of Distinction for three consecutive years of top sales production.

    Stephen is two time past President of the Sebastopol Council of Realtors. He is also 2005 Board President for the North Bay Association of Realtors. Additionally, Stephen is a Director of the California Association of Realtors representing Region 4.

    Stephen is past Chairman of the North Bay Association of Realtors and Bay Area Real Estate Information Services grievance committees.
    Stephen is also a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committees and the Local Government Relations Committee and a member of BORPAC.Stephen was recruited to Coldwell Banker in 2001 as Branch Manager

    Business Philosophy

    Stephen’s impressive track record in real estate sales and management, combined with his approach to the intricacies of the real estate industry are a true benefit to the Independent Sales Associates in his office. He offers educational opportunities to newly affiliated Coldwell Banker agents in Sonoma and Marin counties in addition to offering coaching opportunities agents in the Sebastopol office.

    Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology in 1972 and his master’s degree in counseling education in 1976, both from Sonoma State University.
