    My Philosophy of ServiceI am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a real estate company that shares the same philosophy of honesty and integrity that I know best serves my clients’ real estate needs. I’ve always valued helping others, and I believe that treating people fairly, competently, and honestly is the only way to do business. My goal is to create clients for life, and this is only possible through going above and beyond their expectations. Average service is not enough. In challenging markets during tough economic times, I have worked hard to help many sellers - some of them in distressed situations - meet their real estate needs. In addition, I have helped buyers reap the benefits of record low rates and low prices. My efforts have created many satisfied clients and customers throughout the Sacramento Area.

    Thirty Years of Sales Success

    Prior to joining Coldwell Banker I had a 30-year career in the automobile sales industry. In 1978, I began selling automobiles at Downtown Ford of Sacramento. In the first year I was named Rookie of the Year. Later I was named Salesman of the Year, and I was eventually promoted to Assistant Sales Manager.

    I began my 24–year career with Toyota in 1984. I started at Florin Road Toyota in Sacramento as Assistant Fleet Manager, and later held the positions of Fleet Manager and Finance Manager before serving as Sales Manager for 14 years at Florin Road, Elk Grove, and Hanlees Toyota in Davis. I was honored with numerous awards, including Master Sales Manager for Toyota and Top 10 in Customer Satisfaction for Northern California Region.

    I first obtained my real estate sales license in 1980, knowing that I would be pursuing my dream of working in real estate in the future. My wealth of experience helping people in the automobile industry became the foundation for my success in working with sellers and buyers in the real estate field. I am thankful for the trust I have gained from all of my customers and clients over the years, and I plan to continue working hard to earn that same trust for many years to come.
