Neal Corkery, a Realtor® and native San Franciscan turned Oaklander since 2013, possesses both the knowledge and experience necessary to succeed in today's real estate market. A transaction guru, he helps guide you through sales involving single family homes, condominiums, investment property, and transactions involving a trust or probate. Neal is skilled negotiator and communicator. From pre-listing through post-close, Neal's goal is to develop a long-term relationship with every client.
The youngest in a family packed with carpenters and escrow officers, Neal entered the real estate business in 1997 as an assistant with Fidelity National Title Company. At Fidelity, Neal learned the "nuts and bolts" of transactions and began to develop important relationships with agents, lenders, and other industry stakeholders.
In early 2007, he joined the law firm of Goldstein, Gellman, Melbostad, Harris & McSparran (G3MH) as a real estate paralegal and it was there that he earned a real estate license. While at G3MH, Neal was part of a team of legal professionals who prepared and filed condominium conversation applications, worked with lenders on subdivision consent matters, and drafted and reviewed sale contracts and disclosures. In 2010, Neal joined Gordon/Clifford Realty as a leasing agent and sales associate working exclusively in the San Francisco residential market.
Neal served as the branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Lakeside office from 2017-2021 where he solved complex real estate problems on behalf of the agents and their clients. During that time he supervised the closing of more than $800,000,000 worth of real estate sales.
With this office since 2014, when asked about his reason for being a Coldwell Banker associate, he stated, "Coldwell Banker and I both grew up here in San Francisco! What other real estate company has roots in the City as CB?"
