    Professional Experience

    A 28-year real estate veteran, Kathy Carpiaux is the Manager Broker of the Coldwell Banker in the San Francisco Bay Area’s Danville offices, affiliated with more than 60 Independent Sales Associates for more than 15 years.

    Prior to her appointment, Kathy led a Mason-McDuffie office to success during the company merger with Prudential California Realty. Before her Mason-McDuffie career, Kathy held a managing broker position and served as a successful Sales Associate with Tarbell Realtors of Southern California.

    Topping her list of prestigious professional designations, Kathy has served as president of the local chapter of the Contra Costa County’s Women’s Council of REALTORS® (1996).

    Prior to entering real estate, Kathy became certified by the Center for Occupation and Development to assess and train small to medium-sized business owners in the overall principles of high performance and success. She also co-managed her own business, Synergia Consulting, for which she provided Human Resources consulting services to start-up ventures.

    As a California native she is an active member of her East Bay community.
