I found Ethan to be a very honest, thorough and conscientious person do deal with while we were searching for a house in the Mill Valley area. Ethan was always quick to reply to calls and emails and made himself available outside of normal work hours on many occasions. I would have no hesitation in using Ethan again or recommending him to friends.
Ethan did a fantastic job of finding us a house to rent when we re-located to San Francisco from Europe. He viewed houses on our behalf while we were still overseas. He contacted other agents that wouldn't answer our emails and wrestled information out of them. He helped us wade through bureaucratic nonsense. Ultimately he helped to find the house we wanted - and then made sure that we got it. Then he came over a week later just to say hello and make sure everything was OK. Ethan is the kind of agent that you invite to your house for dinner after he has finished working for you. Jon and Sarah Gundersen
