With over decade working in real estate industry, Elizabeth has earned a high reputation and respect among fellow agents and clients. Representing both, Buyers and Sellers, she has orchestrated a wide range of complex transactions including residential, commercial, vacant land and construction projects, TIC buildings, and business sales.
In 2005 she became a co-owner of a mortgage company gaining experience of underwriting residential and commercial loans. Elizabeth is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, and has been Retail Property Manager for a large portfolio of retail properties in the Bay Area.
Elizabeth is proud of her contributions to her clients' personal and financial future and takes pride in sharing her knowledge by educating them on different aspects of the real estate transaction and market conditions. Successful real estate decisions must strike balance between short term and long term financial goals, and between personal and family requirements. For each client this balance may differ and whatever stage of their lives they may be, a clear and realistic set of expectations must be identified. This process of learning what is personally right for each client - and fulfilling it - requires time, patience, diligence and foresight, and it is what Elizabeth does best.
