Daniel is the best! I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than Daniel in navigating the entire process. As a first-time home buyer, I knew next to nothing about buying a house. Luckily for me, a friend who had just recently purchased a home highly recommended Daniel. For six months, Daniel very patiently drove me around to various properties - always answering my questions and providing insight as to value, cost of renovation and noting details in the house I never would have noticed. One time, when I spontaneously stopped on my own at an open house, and was interested in the property, I called Daniel and he met me there that afternoon. I had to remind myself that Daniel had other clients, because he always made me feel like he was 100 percent dedicated to helping me find the right home, and he seemed to be in no hurry. I never once felt pushed or directed towards settling on something that wasn't right. Where I have the most appreciation for Daniel was once I found the house I wanted. It was a multiple offer situation and extremely stressful because it was the first house that I really wanted, but I didn't want to overpay. Thanks to Daniel, we were successful and my offer was accepted. He walked me through the inspections, assisted me in finding contractors for work that needed to be done and then eventually negotiated a very good price reduction based what was found during inspections. Throughout the process, there were several late-night long phone calls figuring out the offer, the counter-offer, going through disclosures and listening to my fear and uncertainty regarding making the biggest purchase of my life. Daniel listened and offered calming insight. It struck me that he never once tried to end those conversations, but always allowed me to process until some type of clarity developed and then waited for me to decide when to end the phone call. I always felt, and still do feel, that Daniel is 100 percent out for my best interest. Even after closing, Daniel assisted with situations that arose. He has been there every step of the way. I also want to add that I very much appreciate Daniel's communication habits. It drives me crazy when people don't return calls, emails or texts, but I learned right away that I could count on Daniel to respond in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, in addition to Daniel's professionalism and skill, he is a really nice guy. I feel like I have not only been helped through this incredible and intense process of buying a home, but I have gained a friend.
