Business Philosophy
    To understand my desire to become a Realtor, you need to know that I became a licensed Realtor "twice", in 1970 when interest rates climbed to 18% and I started raising my children, and then again in 1982 when I was ready for the full time commitment and interest rates were more reasonable! Since then, I have fully enjoyed the excitement and challenge of the real estate profession. To be the person who can deliver dreams to my buyers and find a new homeowner for my sellers gives me endless gratification. After an initial meeting and listening to their needs, I stay focused on my client throughout the transaction and remain a constant resource for them long after the sale is completed. As a result, I have made many lasting friendships over the years! I know the real estate business from both sides, as a sales associate and a real estate owner/manager. In 1985 my husband Jack and I embarked on a long time dream, to operate a real estate company. I managed the residential agents while he was the commercial broker. We were a successful boutique company that soon became a very sought after property for the major companies. This experience helped me understand the full needs of my clients, not just identifying properties or listing their homes, but giving them full service from pricing, building inspections, mortgage information, relocation direction, and my professional opinion, knowledge and trust. Through the years I have continued to grow and change as the industry has grown and changed, from daily listing sheets to computerized listing, ongoing client internet needs, and e-mail is a way of life!! However, while technology has been a great asset, I attribute my success to the fact that my hallmark will never change; it is my hands-on, personal interaction with each client throughout his or her real estate journey. My goal has always been to take the pain out of buying or selling and replacing it with the ease of having a caring, real estate professional who goes the extra mile, and in return, to bring respect to a very challenging profession and committed Realtors. Clients trust us with their most important financial decision; I want to be the Realtor they remember as helping them to make the biggest investment of their lives as a profitable and happy experience!
