While searching for my first home I visited a year's worth of houses. For me, the entire process of buying a home was downright scary and clouded with unknowns. However, one day I decided to visit an open house. It resulted in me meeting a fantastic agent who was professional, candid and down to earth. She assisted me every step of the way; she even went so far as to teach me a couple of things. Together, we found a home that met both my budget and specifications.
