We have worked on three properties plus working with my Aunt on her townhouse. He has done what he said and says what he is doing. I have had friends & family complain about how there realtors left them once in escrow. They didn't get keys or pass codes for alarms, where turn on utilities He know great places to have lunch too.

Highly recommend Eric!! He went above and beyond for my family on not only finding us the home of our dreams , but ensuring every step of the way that the deal was just what we needed! Soo friendly , easy to talk to. And truly has his clients best interests at heart. He helped us in sooo many ways and blessed to say hes a friend after this. We met Eric Nicholaus though a realtor we had used in Orem, Utah. We went to St. George in September 2020 looking for a home as we were wanting to downsize with no basement or stairs of any kind. Eric is very personable and fun. He listens to what you want and tries with a variety of houses, condos, or whatever it is you are looking for. We were not successful on our first tries. None of the offers we made were accepted because someone else offered cash. We headed home to Orem. Eric said he would keep looking and send us houses we might be interested in. He also encouraged us to look on Zillow and contact him if we found something that interests us. We found a house on Zillow and contacted Eric. He contacted the realtor and asked if he could do a phone/live/facetime at the house for us to see it while we were in Orem. It worked but we all agreed wasn't what we wanted. Eric didn't stop there. He drove through the development and found another home that was just listed "For Sale By Owner". Eric stopped and talk with the owner. He set up a time that we could again by phone/live/facetime have a tour of this home for sale. We bought this home. We wouldn't have found it if Eric had gone the extra mile to drive through the development because it was not listed on Zillow. Eric helped us also have a 21 day escrow. He walked us through all we needed to do. We hadn't purchased a home in 45 years and things have really changed. Eric made sure we understood everything, was patient, and helpful. He still stays in touch and we consider him a friend.

As a first time home buyer by myself, Eric made me feel very comfortable from the beginning to end. He even called me a week after the closing to see if I needed anything. Eric is very personable and has a great sense of humor. He explained everything in a way that I could fully understand. I would recommend Eric to everyone I know.

Eric was fantastic to work with! He was so knowledgeable and so personable. He always did what he could to answer every question we had and go out of his way to research anything we needed. Always on top of things with the seller and title company. We worked with him for almost a year to find exactly what we wanted and he was so patient with us every step of the way even if it meant driving almost an hour away. Eric was great to work with. I listed my home with him and he went above and beyond to help me choose the best listing price, hosted an open house and was quick to respond to potential buyers questions. He is very thorough and detail-oriented and helped me maximize my time while preparing the house for market. The open house coincided with the arrival of the coronavirus. Eric was creative in the face of a pandemic and set up a sanitizer station, kept cabinets open to reduce touch points, and had Clorox wipes on hand (where he got them, I'll never know!) All in an effort to increase safety and help potential buyers feel safe and secure. I don't think I could have had a better experience. He is very thoughtful and helpful. His customer service is top notch and he was very focused on my overall experience making sure I was in the loop and had all questions answered day or night!

Working with Eric was an absolute delight. He is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable. Eric became absolutely absorbed in helping us prepare our home to sell, was excellent at communicating between other involved realtors, and ensured that we were represented in the best way possible as Sellers and Buyers. He also maintained a positive professionalism while befriending us and helping us feel comfortable with the entire process of selling our home and purchasing another simultaneously. Eric was great he's funny and amazing. Not only is his personality fantastic he is very knowledgeable of his craft,. He is quick his wheels are always turning and figuring out how to get you the best deal. He always returns your calls and has no problem exsplaining things to you more then once if need be. When Eric is your Agent you feel like your his only client it's awesome. Out of five stars we would rate him at least 10. We worked with a few agents in the past and he is hands down the most professional and qualified person we have ever worked with. If your looking to buy or sell I'd choose him every time.

Eric does not make a promise he doesn't keep. His attention to detail is madding. His knowledge of the real estate buying and financing is complete and accurate. All this is evidenced by the respect the people (Academy Mortgage) who work with him show. Better keep him Coldwell. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I recently worked with Eric Nicholaus to sell my home and I have to tell you about this guy!!! My wife and I wanted to relocate to Indiana to be closer to our children now that seniorhood is upon us. I asked Eric about the possibility of selling my home quickly. I had just retired and was ready for some Grandchildren time. Eric advised me to sell my home for much more than I thought it was worth. I was skeptical, but agreed to his listing price. We were essentially inundated with Interest. My house sold in 3 days for full asking price. Then disaster struck and the buyers couldn't get their financing. This was a Friday Night and I was shaken. Eric then suggested an Open House on Saturday and to my surprise. he sold it again for full asking price. Not many agents can sell your house twice, in the same week, for full asking price. Eric was amazing and if you're considering selling or buying, I highly, highly recommend Eric Nicholaus. He's honest, hard working and very knowledgeable. If you wish is to "get it done"? Use Eric. He's pretty darn good at what he does.

Eric was the best realtor I could have ever asked for. He listen to my needs and found me the perfect house I could have ever asked for. He was there for me every step of the way from the initial intake to the final purchase. He found me from my Facebook search and continued to check in with me until I was ready to buy. I want this review to be honest, and the only way it could be honest is to gush about Eric for a little bit. From the moment we started working together, he was emailing me lists upon lists of houses to look at. He was always asking for feedback and adjusting his searches to fit exactly what we wanted. He has great knowledge of his local area here in St George, and his willingness to drive you around all day looking at every home on your list was quite welcomed. He never once made us feel rushed or pressured, but he also was very good at communicating a sense of urgency to us when we were looking at a great deal that wouldn't last long. We were very comfortable dealing with Eric and he never made us feel like a burden when we wanted to look at "just a few more" :) We are first time buyers and we've recently moved into the home that Eric helped us buy. How do you know when you've made the right decision on an agent you previously never met or had a referral for? It was the afternoon after the sale was closed and & before renters were ready to move in I had found the dog poo in the back yard had not been cleaned up nor anything in the house. He personally cleaned the up back yard and then arranged help to clean the absolutely filthy house. His responsiveness and help in every part of the transaction was amazing. We found the right agent. He WAS the right choice.

Eric was a great help throughout the entire process. From showing, to the offer and the closing. He was helpful and professional throughout and we had a few laughs along the way.
