5 stars is NOT enough! 105 stars would be closer to Ms. Montero's proficiency, expertise, thoughtfulness, and hard work! Ms. Montero went above and WAY beyond her responsibilities! Not only did she make sure that I was completely informed, ready and comfortable with any and all decisions but she also took it upon herself to make sure that the house for sale was shining and hygienic. Since I do not live in close proximity of the home Ms. Montero sold, I was most grateful for personal attention to the house. I have never worked with another agent who was so attentive to every detail. I am forever thankful to have met and worked with Ms. Montero.

I REALLY needed to sell my property quickly. Thank God for Ms. Claudia Montero. Claudia inherited me after previous agents were unable to deliver and come through. Claudia sold my house in a THIRD of the time that other agents had me for and sold my house for MORE than they told me was possible. Ms. Montero went above and beyond for me. Two days before her first scheduled open house, someone broke into my empty property damaging the front door and inside. Within a day, Ms. Claudia took swift action, replaced the front door and cleaned up all the damage inside. When my property sold, I did not have the garage door remotes to turn in or know the garage code. Ms. Claudia purchased new garage remotes on her own and took care of it without ever asking me to pay. When communication was lacking on my buyer's end, Claudia went to bat for me, relentlessly advocating and being proactive on my behalf. From our first interaction up until our final one, Ms. Montero always kept me informed and in the loop. I greatly appreciate her etiquette, professionalism , and expertise. She provided me great service and peace of mind. She is an asset for her company and anyone would be lucky to have her represent them as their agent.

We moved to Bakersfield in the summer of 2016. Fortunately for us, Claudia was tasked with finding us a home by the relocation company. We began with some specific requirements which changed and grew as Claudia showed us various homes in our price range. Claudia adjusted to our wishes along the way. She sought out new listings and made sure we saw likely possibilities asap. Her responsiveness and communication skills made her a joy to work with.
