My Client Reviews
Ryan is a professional agent with hardworking. We have so much communication during the process and he always arrives in time for preparation. He explains any questions that I don't understand and reminds you what do you need to concern. I am happy to work with him.
Ryan goes above and beyond for his clients. I have bought and sold properties with other real estate agents and the transaction with Ryan was the smoothest despite being the most complex situation. I will definitely have Ryan as my agent for my next real estate transaction. The sale of my townhome was more complex because condo association was responsible for completing repairs before escrow could close. The association was not very responsive, but the repairs were completed on time due to Ryan's persistence. He was constantly communicating with the association and following up to ensure everything was progressing according to the timeline. This was a huge relief to me! Ryan is a realtor that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the sale of your property go as smoothly as possible. He is super responsive to all my questions, follows up on the details, communicates often, and is a creative problem solver that will help you navigate any surprises that always come up during the process.
I had the pleasure for working with Ryan Crutcher. From start to finish he was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. I look forward to the opportunity work with him again.
Ryan has been an outstanding agent throughout the process of us looking for new place in Irvine. Responded promptly, did not give up and cheered us up along the way when it seemed that no options were left. Definitely recommend Ryan.
I highly recommend Ryan Crutcher as a real estate agent. He is very responsive, professional, flexible, and has your best intentions in mind. When working with an agent on selling your home or renting your property, you want a dependable and trustworthy individual, and Ryan is just that. He has assisted me with the sales and rental side of real estate, and I would definitely hire him again for future endeavors.
Ryan is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. Highly recommend.
Ryan Crutcher was a great agent for us. He was diligent, respectful, attentive and knowledgeable. We would without a doubt refer him to our family and friends.
I have known Ryan Crutcher for several years. Though new to the real estate arena, he has chosen to join Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties which, as one of the premier real estate brokerages in Orange County, will provide his clients with the experience and expertise required when they are buying or selling a home. Ryan is honest and professional, and at the same time extremely supportive, which is an important combination to have when dealing with the decisions and emotions involved with relocating, especially in the times we are all dealing with right now. I am definitely looking forward to working with Ryan on a future purchase.
Overall Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute joy to work with. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who is buying, selling, or even remodeling a home! Trying to find a property to fit my needs and budget limitations in a safe area was a real challenge in the very competitive Orange County market. I was so lucky to be able to have Ryan help me through this endeavor. Ryan was able to help me narrow down the ideal area for me quickly being extremely familiar with the area. I highly recommend asking him all the real estate related questions you may have, if he does not have an immediate answer for you, he will contact the appropriate expert, sometimes on the spot, to provide you with the needed information. Ryan is extremely patient and supportive. I looked for properties for at least 2 months, the last 3 weeks as a pandemic was spreading through the area, making the search process even more challenging. He proactively contacted other agents, planning our visits / road trips carefully to efficiently manage my time though the search process. Given my workload at the time, it was a welcome perk and relieved a lot of stress. He stuck with me through the rejected offers, sub-par inspection reports or when I was very indecisive and fearful of making such a big commitment during such uncertain times. Understanding and facilitating a buyer's thought process at crucial points is an invaluable skill for a real estate agent. We went through a few yes and no's, rejected offers and his help and timely input was invaluable throughout. Ryan works hard and is very responsive, in this challenging real estate market his dedication makes him a perfect choice to help you and your family achieve your real estate goals.
