Dawnya gave Jimmy 5 stars out of 5
Jimmy went above and beyond to help me look for a new house. If I saw something I wanted to see, often I could see it the same day. He's very knowledgeable, has a great personality, is very dedicated to helping you find what you are looking for. Jimmy pays attention to detail, finds out what you want, searches for just those types of homes and doesn't try to push just any home at you. He wants you to be happy, and is in it to help you find what you want, and not to just make a sell, like other realtors I've seen and dealt with before. I highly recommend him.

Jimmy was very professional to work with. He went above and beyond what I expected as an agent. When my wife passed away, he was at my house within an hour to offer help. That was really appreciated.

    My Experience

    • I live in Walland, right on the Little River. Homes along the Little River is a favorite among buyers in the area between Townsend to Maryville. The Little River makes for a striking backdrop for the charming Tennessee homes found nearby. The Little River is a gorgeous natural watercourse that is very popular with residents for its trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming and paining for gold.
    • Why should you use a REALTOR like me?
    • 1. I have loads of expertise. Want to check the MLS for a 4B/2B with an CTH and a CVAV? Real estate has its own language, full of acronyms and semi-arcane jargon, and as your Realtor I'm trained to speak that language fluently. Plus, buying or selling a home usually requires dozens of forms, reports, disclosures, and other technical documents. I have the expertise to help you prepare a killer deal, while avoiding delays or costly mistakes that can seriously mess you up.
    • 2. I have turbocharged searching power and my Internet is awesome. And with my online real estate listing site, you can find up-to-date home listings on your own, any time you want. But guess what? Realtors like me, have access to even morel listings. Sometimes properties are available but not actively advertised. And as your Realtor I can help you find those hidden gems. Plus, a good local Realtor is going to know the search area way better than you ever could. Have your eye on a particular neighborhood, but it's just out of your price range? Your Realtor is equipped to know the ins and outs of every neighborhood, so she can direct you toward a home in your price range that you may have overlooked.
    • 3. Negotiations! Any time you buy or sell a home, you're going to encounter negotiations and as today's housing market heats up, those negotiations are more likely than ever to get a little heated. You can expect lots of competition, cutthroat tactics, all-cash offers, and bidding wars. Don't you want a savvy and professional negotiator like me on your side to seal the best deal for you? And it's not just about how much money you end up spending or netting. I'm going to draw up a purchase agreement that allows enough time for inspections, contingencies, and anything else that's crucial to your particular needs.
    • 4. I'm connected to everyone! I might not know everything, but I make it my mission to know just about everyone who can possibly help in the process of buying or selling a home. Mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, home stagers, interior designers, the list goes on, and they are all in my network. So you can use them.
    • 5. I adhere to a strict code of ethics. Not every real estate agent is a Realtor, who is a licensed real estate salesperson who belongs to the National Association of Realtors®, the largest trade group in the country. What difference does it make? Realtors are held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics.
    • 6. To server my clients, I have acted as a sage parent/data analyst/therapist and keeper of the secrets, all rolled into one. The thing is I, wear a lot of different hats during a deal. I actually do a whole heck of a lot to earn my commission. I will make your real estate transaction flow smoothly through each step of the process, leaving the impression that my job is fairly simple. I'm constantly driving around, checking out listings for you. I spend my own money on marketing your home (if you are selling). I'm going to researching comps to make sure you are getting the best deal. Scheduling showing and then re-scheduling because life happens. Coordinate Property Inspections, Keep Up With Mortgage Company Progress, Verify Buyer's New Homeowner Insurance, Coordinate Home Warranty Company, Provide Educational Materials to Consumers and that's before 10am!
    • Then it's time for more caffeine and start to Schedule Closings, Attend Closings, Get All Disclosures Delivered & Signed, Explain The Current Real Estate Market, Verify Completion of Repairs, Make Sure The Loan Funds, Schedule & Attend the Walkthrough, Return Emails ASAP, Follow Up With Website Inquiries, Deal With Vendors, Run Comparables for Buyers & Sellers, Keep MLS Listing Data Current, Keep Up With Changing Laws, Network with Local Home Builders, Help Stage & Present Properties, Coordinate Open Houses, Meet the Appraiser at Property, Meet the Inspector(s) at Property, Check Up On Past Clients, Show Thousands of Homes Each Year, Keep Clients Updated With Each Step and remember to buy my wife flowers for never being home on time. And did I say .... make it all look easy?
