My husband I and cannot say enough good things about working with Candy. We were relocating from out of state and had 2 days to find a home. The amount of work that she put in to preparing and organizing those 2 days was amazing. Her level of preparation allowed us to arrive and focus on looking at the houses. Candy is extremely knowledgeable about new construction and existing builds. Her attention to detail and thoroughness did not stop after we had an accepted offer on the house. She took us through the inspection process when we couldn't be there and even followed up with the air conditioning company to inquire about a service call. I cannot recommend Candy enough. I am confident working with her will exceed anyone's expectations.

We had the best experience with Candy! She is so incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and I truly believe she has her clients' best interest at heart! We were searching for a home from roughly February of 2022 through June of 2022 - this was a horrible time for a homebuyers, but Candy was diligent and so patient with us during our search. Any time we made an offer on a home, she made sure that we were protected and not being taken advantage of, despite it being a sellers market. I told Candy that it felt like she went above and beyond for us to make sure we were informed and taken care of - maybe the way she worked on our behalf was typical for realtors, but we genuinely felt so well cared for and like we were her most important clients! I could not have imagined having any other realtor handle my parents house sale. Unfortunately, earlier in the year I lost both of my parents. Being the last surviving child, I inherited their entire estate. I was overwhelmed with the process of needing to sell their home. Candy came in with such caring and compassion. She helped me with advice on how to stage the house, explained the current market, outlined an appropriate pricing, and what to expect though out the process. She helped me to understand and coordinate timing to have the contents sold in an estate sale. She she went above and beyond with the listing, making sure every detail that would help sell the house was highlighted. To take stress off of me she recommended that we do an as is sale. She also sat with me patiently as I agonized over the acceptance of the sale offer. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

An immense pleasure to write about Candy, our super professional Realtor! I am in my Second home now with her tremendous help (first home listed for sale). There was a huge risk I faced to get this new home due to some personal issues. I was in too much stress, and the home loan was going to get declined in the last moment, but Candy was our big hand to handle almost everything with my lender and other parties involved in this process. She is very knowledgeable and was very accessible to us with phone calls or texts every now and then! She used to explain everything in detail and come back with options for solution. My home is in Carmel, IN, but the closing has to happen in West Lafayette. With no claims, she offered us to drive to West Lafayette to make it happen! Wow! Not only as a realtor, but she has helped us settling down in our new home and the neighborhood. I (with my family) had to come from another state, thus there is a big gap to take the ownership with keys. But Candy took responsibility to maintain home safe, helped finding some local services (utilities, handy man, carpet cleaners, and so on), and even talked to our new neighbor (whom we do not even know) to look after our home around and mowing grasses! Yah, you cannot believe how much help Candy can offer you! She kept constant touches with parties involved in this process, which makes my job easier and helps relieves my stress. Candy did a more than fantastic job assisting us with selling our home! She hired an incredible photographer that made our house look absolutely incredible. My family planned to move to Indiana from New York and had no idea where to start and how to proceed as my husband had not lived in the Indianapolis area for 15 years. I asked my trusted Coldwell Banker agent in NY to share the name of a colleague and was promptly introduced to Candy. After a delightful first conversation, I felt strongly that Candy would represent our interests well, especially as we had yet to sell our home and were imminently arriving in the state as soon as the sale took place. The pandemic deemed it so! We were very anxious, but Candy went so far as to video chat walkthroughs of homes, or look through them on her own, keeping us abreast of every listing within our parameters day by day. This market was especially tough, it demanded an offer on any viable option within the first day or 2 and being out of bounds due to location and COVID travel restraints, that never presented a realistic opportunity. When we finally relocated, we immediately decided to look at new build communities. According to Candy, what we were hoping for was very highly demanded, our budget was median for the area and options were snapped up and in many cases won only with personal letters to the seller. When we looked through the neighborhoods, Candy was by our side, reminding us of our needs first, wants second and budget always! She truly represented us fairly and objectively. When we had finally decided on our plot and plan she was ever-present and aware of each step. In particular, I recall Candy pointing out a design detail in the master bath that had been overlooked and we were assured of our selections with her keen memory and assertive but friendly demeanor.
