I owned an investment property that I really needed to sell. I'd tried two other times with another realtor. Gary got me an offer within 6 weeks of my initial call with him for more than what I thought I could get for it. He was also so helpful everything that needed done to get the property ready to sell since I no longer lived in the area. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

I can't thank Gary enough for all his help. I used Gary and his team to buy a house and he helped me sell the same house. In both instances he not only helped me get a great deal on the house when we purchased it, he worked hard to get the price we could when we sold it.
