I have been helping my clients with Real Estate purchasing and selling for over 30 years. Originally from KY, my husband's military career took us to California where I was able to start my career in Real Estate. While I was there I helped numerous clients that became friends. I understand what it is to be there when the military spouse is on a mission. I understand what pressure that is for both spouses. I also understand how scary for first time homebuyers the experience can be. I help make it easier and more fun. Since I have relocated to the beautiful area here, I want to help those who want to become homeowners and those who need to sell as quickly as possible. There are also those who are homeowners but want to go up a level so that they are closer to having their dream home. That can be fun!! My family is here and my extended family is just an hour or so away. It is very important for me to be able to be with family. That is the one thing that can never be replaced. It is wonderful to be able to connect to them more easily. I also enjoy being creative. I love making quilts, and crafty things. Besides, that be one of the best way to lend your personality to your home. Another thing I like is being close to nature. I find it to be soothing. Living here has brought a renewed appreciation of the beautiful birds and animals. And of course the home pets are special too. My home is truly lived in and shared with our special fur babies. We have a dog, Chip and 3 cats that keep our hearts full. Life is full of adventures. Let's start ours together ok?

Valerie was such a joy to work with. Whenever I had a question, concern, or preference she always was listening and adjusted our search to fit my needs. She made buying easy and less scary, and was honest and didn't sugarcoat anything. Often times if we walked into a house we both had the same comments on pros and cons. She will definitely be my realtor for life and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Valerie was awesome to work with. My husband and I randomly called a realtor and Valerie answered the call. We explained what we were looking for and when we would be in town. Over the next 1 1/2 months, Valerie stayed in touch with us sending us new listings or checking on ones that we were interested in. When we finally got together, Valerie donated the entire weekend to us. Once we found our house, Valerie made sure that all paperwork was done efficiently and our closing would go smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Valerie to any home buyer!

I was so happy I found Valerie. She is awesome. She helped me find my dream home and she knows her stuff. Being a first time buyer I was rather nervous and confused about all the legal documents but we went over every thing I needed to sign and she explained it so it was easy to understand. As we toured the homes I was interested in we were making plans as to how I could decorate. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel like I have made a new friend. I will highly recommend Valerie to everyone whether first time buyer or doing it again!!.
