My name is Tamatha Patterson, and I am thrilled to write this professional service review on behalf of Lisa Boyd. She assisted me with the sale of my home located at 1936 Bridgewater Drive, Clarksville, TN. Lisa was introduced to me by my friend's realtor who happens to live in Georgia. I recently retired from the Army after 30 years and currently reside in Virginia. My Tennessee home was very special and sentimental to me because it was my very first home with my late husband (killed 9/11) and the home of my first son who was born in 1996. Parting with this home not only brought a lot of anxiety in my life but I didn't think I would find someone I could trust. After meeting Lisa over Zoom, I knew, without a doubt, she was the person I wanted to assist me. Lisa was professional, courteous, confident, thorough, and ALWAYS reachable. She provided sound home upgrades/renovations and advice which enhance the overall marketability of my property. Lisa made sure I was informed throughout the entire process and addressed all my questions/concerns promptly. As soon as my home went on the market, less than a week, it was SOLD. Remember, I was still in Virginia and Lisa made this process, seamless. I will forever be grateful to Lisa for helping me close a happy/painful chapter in my life. Lisa's professionalism, genuine concern, responsiveness, knowledge, and hard work ethic ensured my home sold by the end of 2021. Our family used Lisa Boyd for both buying and later selling our house in Clarksville, TN. As a second generation realtor in Clarksville, Lisa knows every nook and cranny of that town so her assistance during our buying experience (when we only had one weekend to house-hunt) proved invaluable. What we appreciate about Lisa is her warmth and her candor-- she never sugar coated anything or tried to convince us of a property that just wasn't a good fit. It builds a surprising amount of trust when you walk into a house, make a face, and your realtor says, "Yep, I agree, let's move on!" There were a few times during both the buying *and* selling experiences where things fell through the cracks on the other end (seller and then buyer, respectively). Let's be honest: most buyers in Clarksville are using highly bureaucratic loans and efficiency is not their primary objective. Lisa was our advocate throughout and consistently followed up with other agents, lenders, and related companies on our behalf. She goes above and beyond to make sure her families are taken care of and the experience feels like working with a lifelong friend.

Lisa was nothing short of amazing. As a dual military family moving from one part of the country to the next she was there every step of the way. I wish there were more stars to rate Lisa. First off I want to really thank her once again for all of the work she put into helping me purchase our 1st home. Not only that she gave me comfort in my decision making which was so hard for me. I am a military spouse and my husband was deployed in Korea at the time. Long story short our rental lease was ending in Fl and we had decided to purchase a home in TN to avoid living on the military base or renting another home.BEST DECISION EVER! I had 1 weekend to find a home in order for our closing date and everything to fall into place with our move date. This is where she helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! Before coming to town she guided me on how to search for a home on the website. I remember her words "Noemy you may want to pick about 17 - 20 homes to look at" my heart dropped. I thought this lady is insane she is really going to confuse me.. But nope she knew what she was talking about. When I arrived in TN to meet her she was ready to go bright and early very cheerful and knew the ins and outs of Clarksville, from resturaunts to football games and Churches. She told me at the end of the day the goal was to have my top 3 homes then the following day we would do one more walk though to decide. That is exactly what happened. After going a second time around to my top 3 picks I found the perfect home for my family. I then had to return to FL and Lisa helped me with the rest. She did all of the paperwork work in state and I signed everything out of state. We asked for a closing date and other little extras and she made it all happen. Lisa Boyd is THE BEST if ever I need to sell or buy a home she will be my 1st choice. It was a great experience and I truly believe it was because of her. When we closed on the house I gave her a great big hug and thanked her so much for all of her hard work, patience, and her many many skills.
