If you are looking for an agent that is GENUINE, HONEST, SAYS what he means and DOES what he says, CARES that you and your family find YOUR PLACE TO CALL HOME (with the utmost sincerity), ORGANIZED, LISTENS to your wants/needs, HEARS your likes/dislikes/concerns, PATIENT, FOLLOWS UP, WILLING TO MANUALLY SEARCH FOR A HOME if needed, WORKS HARD FOR YOU, UNDERSTANDS MILITARY, KNOWS REAL ESTATE, KNOWS CLARKSVILLE, is not too proud to admit if he doesn't know the answer to a question but will do his best to find the answer ....AND GETS BACK TO YOU! And when the time comes to put an offer in and sign on that dotted line you can be confident knowing that Lee NEGOTIATES for you and KNOWS CONTRACT language. Working with an agent that is not well versed in this aspect of the process can add up to a lot of extra costs to you in the long run. Imagine that.... I just relocated with 2 kids under the age of 3, my husband deployed the week prior and I had to make the largest purchase of my life... by myself. Understandably, I wasn't willing to settle and I wasn't ready to give up. So when I first spoke With Lee, I was stressed and discouraged with my home search to say the least. Lee asked me what I was looking for and my response was... 'well the last agent told me they know real estate, they know Clarksville and I am not going to find what I'm looking for...I need to build.'
